About Credit/Debit Card

All checkout amounts are stated and processed in U.S. dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover; the methods available for a particular order appear securely at checkout.

Checkout Information

Customers must enter accurate billing and contact information. When a payment is declined, verify the details or contact the issuer.

We may review or cancel an order when payment cannot be authorized or a fraud-screening check identifies material risk.

Refund Posting

An approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received, inspected, and approved; issuer posting can take longer.

Authorization and Security

Shopify and authorized payment providers encrypt and process payment details. NeeDoh does not retain full card numbers or security codes.

A card issuer may authorize, decline, verify, or temporarily hold a transaction under its own procedures.
